All of our self storage units have a dehumidifier to reduce condensation and keep possessions in the best possible condition. Each unit also comes with indoor & outdoor lighting and a plug socket.
Key Pad Access
To ensure the most convenient access to our site we’ve installed a keypad entry system. When you become a customer we’ll give you a unique code to allow you access to your storage unit when you need it most.
24/7 CCTV
It’s important that your possessions are stored securely that’s why our site is monitored by CCTV 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In addition, our site is comprehensively fenced with keypad entry and automated gates to give you peace of mind.

The Xtra Storage Milcombe Site
Our Milcombe site is situated on Rickfield farm, and benefits from regular traffic from onsite businesses, residents and many walkers accessing the footpath that runs directly through the farm.
The site is also comprehensively fenced with the added peace of mind of 24hr CCTV coverage, keypad access, and infrared sensors.
Our rural location means you can drive straight up to your unit and access your possessions conveniently, without the need to find trolleys or use lifts like many storage facilities in towns and cities.
Price Plans
We believe in simple transparent pricing so you always know where you stand. Our minimum storage term is one calendar month, after that we require just 7 days notice if you want to leave.
We don’t believe in running complicated discount promotions and then hiking the price up after your move-in period ends. At Xtra Storage, we run 3 plans based on using 50%, 75% or 100% of our 20ft by 8ft storage units meaning you only pay for the space you need.
